Notix
About

Email infrastructure, without the black box.

Notix is a transactional and marketing email platform: one API, one dashboard and a delivery log that shows what happened to every message, rather than asking you to take our word for it.

What Notix is.

One API and one dashboard for both kinds of mail a product sends: the receipts, password resets and alerts that go to one person at a time, and the campaigns that go to a list. Same sending domains, same suppression list, same delivery log.

  • A JSON send API, typed SDKs and an SMTP relay.
  • Templates, contact books and double opt-in.
  • Delivery, bounce and complaint events per message, and webhooks that carry them to your systems.
  • A suppression list shared across transactional and marketing sending.

What it runs on.

Notix delivers through managed sending infrastructure with a reputation of its own, monitored around the clock. That is a deliberate choice rather than an implementation detail: Notix is the API, the interface and the operational discipline on top, not a mail server we ask you to trust.

Each sending domain gets its own SPF, DKIM and DMARC records, so your reputation stays isolated to your domains, never blended with another customer’s.

How it is operated.

The hosted service runs on dedicated infrastructure behind TLS, with the application, its database, its queue and its object storage on the same private network. Only the marketing site, the app and the public asset host are reachable from the internet.

Notix is early. There is no SLA and no status page yet, and this page says so rather than implying otherwise. What it does have is stated plainly on the security page, and what changed is on the changelog.
